The Estate

An extraordinary building from the sixteen century stands out among the hedges of the “Italian Garden”: it’s the “Lemonhouse”, a place for the ancient lemon trees and unique location for events thanks to the spacious interior and the magical light created by the “Ficus pumila” hanging from the high ceilings.

The Park is a real botanical garden that extends across 9 hectares and was studied and planned in every detail.
It is divided in several gardens, each one presenting a rare exotic plants’ collection and giant trees originating from all over the world.

The halls on the ground floor of the Villa seem made to host events: two big central halls, from which you can see the whole of the Park, surrounded by several secluded sitting rooms, beautifully decorated and furnished according to the epoch’s style.

The “Box Hedge Theatre” is a refined stage defined by box tree hedges, formerly used for concerts and summer plays. Set in a magical and secluded position, the theatre garden also contains two marble lions of the Renaissance’s period and a bubbling fountain.
